Review Policy

Reviews only help traders if they are genuine. These are the rules every review on Trust Broker Hub follows.

Who can review

Anyone 18 or older with a verified account can review a broker they have actually used. Your review must describe your own experience.

Not allowed

Fake reviews, reviews written or paid for by a broker, its staff, affiliates or competitors, reviews in exchange for money, cashback, bonuses or other benefits, several reviews of one broker from the same person, and reviews that are abusive, defamatory, off-topic or contain personal data.

How we check

We verify email addresses, limit how fast reviews can be posted, score reviews for spam and duplicate patterns, and moderate before or after publishing. Joining our cashback programme does not entitle you to post or remove a review, and we never ask for positive reviews.

Removal and responses

We remove reviews that break these rules, whether they are positive or negative. Brokers cannot edit or remove reviews. If you think a review breaks the rules, report it to support@trustbrokerhub.com.
